17/05/12 - Ready for Foundations!

The rain seems to have eased! Some walls have been built and the builders are getting ready to lay the foundations! Callum (Foreman) has said that we might be able to visit the site next week. We are very excited!

30/04/12 - Meet the Builders!

We met two of the builders today. Ian works for ASHE and Callum is the Foreman. Ian talked to us about staying safe on building sites. He told us that builders have to wear a hardhat, hi-viz vest and boots. Ian told us that building sites are very dangerous.

26/04/12 - Rain, rain go away!

The weather may be awful at the moment. However is hasn't stopped Callum (Foreman) and his team from continuing to demolish and dig. Building work is going well and we are looking forward to meeting some of the builders in our assembly next week.

19/04/12 - First Site Meeting

Mr Matthews and Mr Harris met with builders today. The builders are busy taking the roof off and are demolishing the room next to the hall.

16/04/12 - First Day back and the Builders have moved in!!!

Pupils have returned to school today. Builders have been on site for two weeks and work is progressing well. Our Infant pupils have a new playground and our school assemblies have begun in St. Mary's Church. Here are a couple of photos of the work so far:
